当オンラインギャラリー・ストア（以下、忠座）では、インターネットを介してサービスを提供しています。したがって、お客様に本ウェブサイトをご利用いただく場合や商品をご購入いただく場合には、以下「個人情報の取り扱いについて」を十分にご確認いただき、内容に同意していただく必要があります。なお、忠座はwix.com, Inc.の提供するwixstoresを利用して開設され、現在代表者である江村忠彦が運営しています。そのため、以下の方針およびwix.comプライバシーポリシーに基づいて、代表者はお客様の個人情報（プライバシー）の適切な管理と保護に努めてまいります。

（6）補足事項　忠座のウェブサイトは wix.com のプラットフォームにより作成されております。wix.com は商品やサービスをオンライン上にて販売するプラットフォームを提供しています。お客様のデータはwix.com のデータ記憶装置、データベース、一般的な wix.com のアプリケーション上にて保管されます。収集されたデータは、ファイヤーウォールを駆使し守られた安全なサーバー内に保管されます。また、wix.comの支払い窓口は PCI-DSS に準拠しています。PCI-DSS はPCI Data Security Standard より運営されており、VISA、Master Card、American Express、Discover のジョイントベンチャーとして設立されました。 PCI-DSS の基準を満たすことで、より安全なクレジットカード情報の取り扱いにつながります。

5．cookieの使用について

忠座のウェブサイトでは、cookieが用いられることがあります。cookie とは、ウェブページを利用した際、利用履歴や入力内容などがブラウザ・サーバー間で送受信され、コンピュータにファイルとして保存される仕組みのことです。cookie使用の可否については、お客様のパソコンなど使用環境において設定することができます。たとえば、「cookieを受け取る前にブラウザが警告を出す」など設定しておく事により、お客様の判断でcookieを受け取る事を拒否できますが、その場合はインターネット上の制約を受けることがあります。

6．ご購入作品のウェブサイト掲載について

ご購入いただいた作品は「個人蔵」と表記の上で、作者によるポートフォリオサイトEMURA TADAHIKO SCULPTURESに掲載されることがあります。その際、所有者の氏名等個人情報は一切公開されません。

お客様よりお預かりした個人情報の安全管理は、本記載内容および共同利用者（wix.com, Inc.）のプライバシーポリシーに則って、合理的、組織的、物理的、人的、技術的施策の各側面から適切に講じられます。運営者である忠座では、漏洩、滅失、破壊等のリスクに対し、十分な安全保護に努め、お預かりした個人情報が第三者へ流出しないよう厳重な管理を行います。

Tadakura website is hosted on the wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to customers. Also, all direct payment gateways offered by wix.com adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

5． Use of Cookies

There are some cases the cookies are used on the Tadakura website. A Cookie is a system to send and receive history, input content, and other information between the browser and the server, also stored in each computer as a file when the website is accessible. For example, customers can refuse to accept cookies according to their own decision by setting preferences like “Let users know that your website uses cookies”. But there are several restrictions on the internet in those settings.

6． Putting Some Pictures of Your Purchased Artworks on the Sculptor's Website

There are some cases where all of the artworks will be put on Emura Tadahiko Sculptures with the specification of "personal collection". Customers' personal information, including names, never appears there.

The management of Personal Information provided by all customers takes measures from each aspect of rational, systemic, physical, human, and technological policies according to the privacy policy of Tadakura and Wix.com, Inc. The manager Tadakura will strive to ensure safety protection against risks such as leakage, loss, destruction, and others. It will strictly manage each personal information so that it does not leak to third parties.
