お振込を確認後、当方による受注確認メール送信時点で売買契約成立とします。お支払後、制作には約3ヶ月を要します。ご納品予定日の約1週間前に、あらためてメールを送信します。
［プレミアム］
注文内容によって確定されます（約1か月～1年目安）。

■キャンセル・返品について：
お客様のご都合（注文のお間違いやイメージと異なる場合等）によるキャンセル、返品、交換は一切できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■住所変更や住所不明等の理由によって配達できなかった場合：
転送届を提出するなど、早めのご対応をお願い申し上げます。なお、お客様都合による住所不備・長期不在等の場合においても、配送料は返金されませんので、ご注意ください。
■不良品について：
商品の破損など、当方（忠座）の不手際と判断される不備が発生した場合は、到着後3日以内に、お問い合わせフォームまでご連絡をお願いします。写真等による判断による状況に即して、無償修理／当方負担による返金のいずれかにて対応します。
■修理対応について：
作品を長くご愛用頂いた際、経年劣化等によって修理をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームまでご連絡ください。修理の可否、材料費等を勘案した修理費用についてお見積もりします。
■掲載画像のイメージについて：
ご使用の環境によって、掲載画像の色や質感などといった印象が実際と異なる場合があります。サイズや素材等は別途表示してありますので、これをご確認ください。不明点がある場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご質問ください。

It is prohibited by law to infringe upon the Tadakura logo (hereinafter “1”) and the Tadahiko Emura signature (hereinafter ‘2’) through unauthorized use, forgery, imitation, reproduction, or similar acts. All works purchased from Tadakura must bear the Tadahiko Emura signature (hereinafter “2”); only items bearing this signature are considered original works. Furthermore, shipping information for all works is strictly managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
