在庫のある作品：注文確定後、1週間以内に発送されます。遅延が発生する場合は、別途連絡します。

受注生産の作品：制作には約3ヶ月を要します。お支払完了後、受注確認証を郵送します。ご納品予定日の約1週間前に、あらためてメールを送信します。
プレミアム：注文内容によって確定されます（約1か月～1年目安）。

■キャンセル・返品について：

【キャンセル】注文確定後、5時間以内であればキャンセル可能です（手数料はお客様負担）。その際はご連絡ください。

【返品】お手元に届いてから1日以内であり、商品とすべての梱包資材について到着時の現状を維持している場合に限り、返品可能です。その際はご連絡ください。ただし、返品に関する手数料と送料はお客様負担です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■住所変更や住所不明等の理由によって配達できなかった場合：

転送届を提出するなど、早めのご対応をお願い申し上げます。なお、なんらかの事情により配達できなかった場合においても、配送料は返金されませんので、ご注意ください。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■不良品について：

商品の破損など、当方（忠座）の不手際と判断される不備が発生した場合は、3日以内に、お問い合わせフォーム、もしくは電話番号までご連絡をお願いします。写真等による判断による状況に即して、新品交換／無償修理／当方負担による返金のいずれかにて対応します。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■3年間保証

忠座ではすべての作品について、3年間の無料修理（送料別途有料）を受けることができます。ただしこれは、修理の範囲内にて対応します。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■修理対応について：

作品を長くご愛用頂いた際、経年劣化等によって修理をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームまでご連絡ください。修理の可否、材料費等を勘案した修理費用についてお見積もりします。

In-Stock Works: Works will be shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. In the event of a delay, we will contact you directly.

Made to Order Works: The creation of works requires approximately three months. After payment is processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via post. We will send an email to the customer about one week before the scheduled delivery date.

Premium: As per the order contents, the delivery timeframe is approximately one month to one year.

■Cancellation or Return:

You may cancel within five hours of order confirmation (at which point the customer will be responsible for the fee). Please contact us for more information.

[Return]

We can accept returns within one day of delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition, including all packaging materials. In such cases, please contact us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return fee and shipping charge.

■In the Event that a Product Cannot be Delivered due to an Address Change or Unknown Address:

Please respond promptly by submitting a transfer notification or another form of communication. Please be advised that the shipping charge will not be refunded if the delivery is not possible due to the any reasons.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■In the Case of Defect:

If you notice any defects, such as damage to the product that may have been caused by our (Tadakura) fault, please contact us via the inquiry form within three days. Depending on the judgment based on the photograph or other references, we will respond with a new item replacement, free repair, or refund.

■Three-Year Guarantee:

Customers can receive a repair within three years (additional shipping costs apply) for all Tadakura artworks. However, this guarantee is subject to repair limitations.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■Repair:

If you have held the product (artwork) for a long time and would like to have it repaired due to deterioration, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will provide an estimate of the repair cost, taking into account the feasibility of the repair and the cost of materials.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■Images on This Website:

■Image's Publications of the Purchased Artworks on the Creator's Website:

In some cases, all of the artworks will be displayed on Emura Tadahiko Sculptures with the designation "personal collection." No personal information, including the customer's name, will be disclosed. Thank you for your cooperation.　　　　　　　

■Logo Mark and Creator's Signature:

By law, it is prohibited to infringe upon the Tadakura logo or Tadahiko Emura's signature through plagiarism, mislabeling, imitation, reproduction, etc. All products have the Tadahiko Emura signature, which indicates the original artwork. Also, Tadakura strictly manages all shipping information for products based on our privacy policy.
